After healing myself through the use of embodiment, art, plant medicines, and psychotherapy, I felt called to reciprocate the love and care I received from the universe and Mother Earth during my psychedelic experiences. But in today's medicalized society, there is often no place for the real space-holding, care-taking, emotionally-intelligent, and energetically-attuned presence of a healer who supports us during the tough moments.
This is what it once meant to be a wise woman, like the long line of medicine women that are my ancestors. I knew that I wanted to be that person for the many other souls out there trying desperately to heal trauma. So, I decided to fill the role of what I describe as a psychedelic doula. I am there for you, with no other agenda or protocols that often consume the attention of doctors, nurses, or therapists since they are there to also care for your medical needs or diagnose a disorder. I am in your corner with the well-being of your mind-body-spirit as my only focus.
Today, I am a certified Psychedelic Integration Coach trained in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy from Numinus, the training partner of the MAPS organization.
